Unit Franchisee (UF) has exclusive operating rights in one or more pin code areas and operates inside the Super Franchisee's designated territory. A Super Franchisee, who ideally works out of the district headquarters, will govern and supervise the unit franchisee. The unit franchisee will be in charge of deliveries and collections in the established pin code areas. According to corporate policies, Super Franchise will lend stationery and airline bills to Unit franchises. Consignments are transported through Super Franchisees, hence transhipment fees also apply to the Unit franchise. Before expenses, the operational profit of Unit Franchisees is approximately 50%, and after expenses, it is approximately 25%. Operational Requirements
- 100 square feet of office space in a region with good transportation options.
- By adding collecting centers, and expanding market reach.
- Deliveries of all shipments within the UF region that are complete.
- Generating sales and carrying out marketing initiatives to increase sales.
- Billing and payment collecting.
Revenue
- Pick-ups for businesses are scheduled with the branch office.
- Own pickup produced in the authorised UF region by clients, walk-in clients, collection hubs, and internet marketing tactics.
