A super franchise (SF) is an independently operating business unit run by a franchisee in a town, a territory, or an entire district, either outside of or inside the bounds of the established area. For the purposes of client servicing, business operations, and business development in the District/Town, SF serves as an extended branch.
In order to support a group of Unit franchisees, the Super franchisee handles all inbound and outbound activities at the district level. It also serves as a HUB branch for their district, consolidating the pickups made by them and their Unit Franchises at their office before being transshipped to local locations. Before expenses, the proposed operational profit per consignment for the SF is about 50%, and after expenses, it is about 25%.
